Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. The buyer is responsible for return postage, which must be sent via a tracked and insured service. A full refund will be issued once the item is received by us in its original, undamaged condition.

Damaged Items


We take great care in packaging every fossil to ensure safe delivery, and we have a strong track record of successful international shipments. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include clear photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund, repair, or return arrangement as appropriate
