This specimen is a beautifully preserved Hoploparia longimana fossil, from the Inflatum Zone, Upper Greensand, Aptian, Lower Cretaceous deposits at Monmouth Beach.
 
This fossil is approximately 200 million years and measures 12.5 cm 4.75 inches
